Saffron Pasta
A fresh egg pasta dough flavoured with saffron.
Ingredients
| 300 g | flour type 500 | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | salt |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml | saffron |
Instructions
Ingredients: 300 g flour type 500, 1 tsp salt, 3 eggs.
Add 1/2 tsp saffron to the flour and the salt, then make the fresh pasta dough as usual.
