
Shrimp with sumac and fresh dill
Pan-seared shrimp seasoned with tart sumac, fresh dill and lemon, served in bowls.

Instructions

- Peel and devein the shrimp; pat dry and season with salt.
- Heat olive oil in a wide pan over high heat. Add the shrimp and sear 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and just cooked through.
- Remove from the heat and sprinkle generously with sumac.
- Toss with plenty of chopped fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve hot in bowls with lemon wedges.
