Spicy Korean Rosé Sauce for Dumplings
A creamy, spicy gochujang rosé sauce in which soup dumplings are cooked directly - a quick one-pan Korean-inspired dish.
Ingredients
| 12-15 | soup dumplings (or regular dumplings) | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | heavy cream |
| 178 ml | water | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | gochujang (adjust to spice level) |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | honey |
| — | garnish: chili crisp and chopped green onions |
Instructions
- In a large saucepan (with a lid for later), combine all ingredients except the soup dumplings. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes to thoroughly combine. 2. Place all the dumplings in a single layer in the saucepan, face-up. 3. Turn the heat to medium-high and cover with the lid. Cook the dumplings 5-6 minutes for fresh, or 6-8 minutes for frozen. Garnish with chili crisp and green onions and serve hot.
