For the filling:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 pack Philadelphia Original
- 1 pack Philadelphia with herbs

Method:
- Beat the eggs with the milk and the water, add the oil, the salt and the sugar. Add flour until you get a batter. Finally add the spinach and stir well.
- In a well-heated pan add 1 tbsp olive oil and fry the pancakes one by one. For the amount of filling mentioned above you will need about 10 pancakes.
- Mix the two kinds of cream cheese and spread each pancake. On top of the filling arrange a few strips of salmon, sprinkle with a little freshly ground black pepper, roll up all the pancakes and arrange them on a plate tightly next to one another. Leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Once they have rested in the cold and firmed up, they can be served and enjoyed.
