Instructions
Everyone makes pancakes at home and in a different way, just as they like them. I made the pancake mix twice for about 16 pancakes, because while making them 2-3 were eaten and I worried I wouldn't have enough.
Here is the recipe for about 8-10 pancakes: 3 eggs, 2 tea cups of milk, 1 cup of water, 1 vanilla, 1 tsp baking powder, 1-2 tbsp sugar, 2-3 tea cups of flour (I add more if needed; the mixture should not be too runny nor too thick). Some add butter; I grease the pan with butter before pouring in the mixture.
Once I've made them, I wait for them to cool. I take 2 different (or the same) packets of Dr. Oetker pudding; for 2 packets I use 1 L of milk and add 7-8 tbsp sugar in total for the 2 packets (depending on how sweet you want it). I also used Dr. Oetker's vanilla cream, but be careful with it, because if the pancakes are warm it will run. I grated chocolate and put a little between every 1-2 layers of pancakes, on top I sliced strawberries and sprinkled with chocolate. Very easy and tasty!
