Ingredients

500 gMushrooms
1 tbsp15 mlSour cream
1 cup240 mlFresh milk
a littleWhite wine
1Onion
4Bacon slices
2Pork tenderloin
1 tsp5 mlStarch

Instructions

  1. Slice the tenderloin into medallions, season with salt, paprika and garlic, and fry on both sides until golden.
  2. Remove from the pan and fry the chopped bacon.
  3. Remove the bacon and fry the onion, then add the finely chopped mushrooms, garlic powder and rosemary.
  4. Cook until the mushrooms are done and add a little white wine.
  5. Once it has reduced for a minute or two, add the fresh milk and 1 tsp starch.
  6. Season with salt and white pepper.
  7. When it comes to a boil, return the meat and bacon to finish cooking; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
  9. Serve with mashed potatoes.
