Tomato Pasta
A fresh egg pasta dough flavoured with tomato paste.
Ingredients
| 300 g | flour type 500 | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | salt |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 1 1/2 tbsp | 23 ml | tomato paste |
Instructions
Ingredients: 300 g flour type 500, 1 tsp salt, 3 eggs.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste with the eggs, then make the fresh pasta dough as usual.
