| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped |

- Press the "Sauté" button and heat the oil until sizzling. Once hot, cook the pork until it is no longer pink on all sides.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook for a minute or so, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, tomatoes, and chicken bone broth.
- Secure the lid. Choose the "Meat/Stew" mode and cook for 35 minutes at High pressure. Once cooking is complete, use a quick pressure release; carefully remove the lid.
- Add the green beans to the inner pot. Press the "Sauté" button again and let it simmer for a few minutes more. Serve in individual bowls garnished with fresh parsley.
