Turkey Fillet with Cranberry Sauce

| 0.5 l | red wine | |
| 100 g | cranberry jam | |
| 2 | garlic cloves | |

| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | sugar |
Instructions
For 4 servings.
Cut the turkey meat (800 g) into fillets about 1 centimeter thick, then pound them into thin steaks. Season with salt and pepper and pan-fry until they get a golden crust. Remove them from the pan and pour the wine (1/2 l) into it. Add the jam (100 g), the garlic (2 cloves), hot pepper, salt, sugar (2 tbsp) and black pepper. Once it comes to a boil, add the orange (1), cut into half-moons. Cook until a thick sauce forms. Pour it over the steaks and serve together with orange slices.
