Vanilla Waffle Wafers
Vanilla waffle wafers made from a batter blended smooth, filled with ice cream or cream.
Ingredients
| 250 гр | flour |
| 250 гр | sugar |
| 125 гр | melted butter |
| 250 мл | water |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 пакетче | vanilla |
| — | ice cream or cream (for filling) |
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil with the sugar and the vanilla. Blend the mixture with the flour using the highest speed of the blender.
- Stir in the eggs and the butter. The mixture should not be dry; if it is, add 50–100 ml of lukewarm water.
Filling: ice cream or cream.
