Very Chocolate Brownie with Raspberries
A very chocolatey brownie topped with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups | 360 ml | flour |
| 1 pinch | salt | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | good cocoa |
| 1/4 tsp | 1.3 ml | baking powder |
| 2 | vanilla | |
| 6 tbsp | 90 ml | butter |
| 120 g | dark chocolate | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | sugar |
| 2/3 cup | 160 ml | chocolate milk (or regular) |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 100 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped | |
| 150-200 g | raspberries | |
| a little | cocoa for dusting |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder.
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter over a water bath or in the microwave on a low setting. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the beaten eggs one at a time, stirring well after each. Add the milk and stir. Add the dry ingredients and stir, finally adding the finely chopped chocolate.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 22×25 cm pan with baking paper. Pour in the mixture and smooth it well. Arrange the raspberries on top without pressing them in too much.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a little batter stuck to it, but not too much. Leave in the pan for about 20 minutes, then turn out onto a rack and leave to cool completely. Dust with cocoa and cut into pieces.
May it be very sweet and chocolatey! Every woman needs a little chocolate in her life, even if it's forbidden to her ;)
